Hey Guys, how much time do you needed for the installing? Do you think 2-3 Hours are enough? So i would do it on an evening.
Do i make holes for the V think (this on the pic) on this link?

I have a few newb questions and I would appreciate any information. When I bought my S2000 it already had a cut out in the hood, I'm assuming that J's Racing is the only intake that requires this since the Password:JDM Dry Carbon intake doesn't require you to cut the hood. Which of these two intakes is better? If the J's Racing has a larger diameter doesn't that mean in gets more flow? How about the AEM or K&N ones? do they compete with these two as far as advantages? My other question is that I don't have a cooling plate (or that plastic piece mentioned here) is that bad? Do I really need one? Thanks in advance.

Mugen intake also requires the same cut in the hood

Which radiator shroud should I get?

I know there is J's racing one but is there anything else that fits?

So I bought my intake used and obviously for used parts there are always more task involved.

It looks like one of my vacuum hose attachment thingy rubber stuff is busted. More like it's torn in half so it is no longer whole piece.

I can use rubber cement but I am not sure about durability so I don't want to risk it too much.
Do you guys think I can get a replacement part that is similar?
I will probably try parts store first and if I can't find anything I will probably glue it *sigh

Ya that rubber gasket is broken but its really cheap to replace. Your local auto parts store should carry it. I got one for my intake for $4. Just remember to slightly grease the seal before you press it onto the intake. It makes it a little easier to get on.
