Great day again for top down cruising..........

after installing my black chrome emblems I had to see how aerodynamic they were by taking a little drive





working on painting the outside of my discs of my disc brakes to get rid of that ugly rust. Did one wheel so far and it looks AWESOME Will post pics of the difference when I am done.

rust on the disc rotors............every S 2000 I have seen has had it to some degree..........but not much longer

what kind of paint are you using ??

 

Actually I picked it up Thursday morning at 10:30 am, but with work and all I could only put on 39 miles. Friday I was off so I added a solid 100. Today was no exception. Working hard to get though the breakin quickly without VTEC

I still have the yellow console and shift boot to install...........

as well as paint 3 more discs

 

Not sure how well it will last but I used some old touchup paint I had left from a black Mercedes. The other 3 wheels I will probably use rustolem black paint. It is a breeze to paint once you pull the wheel off. Allowed me to clean the backside of the wheel also.

 

After picking my 11 year old grandson up after his soccer game, the first words out of his mouth were "Grandpa, can you put the top down, please?" The kids think that this convertible top is great! (I do too.)
