I wanted to get a Springs Thread going since we've had numerous posts over the years about which is best. "BEST" seems to be very subjective and there are various criteria. Ride height is a major concern, spring rates, ride feel vs. OEM, etc.
Post your setup here and include as much detail as possible for those that are shopping for a new setup.
I'll start and edit as I gain more info......

...originally utilized the OEM struts and eventually switched to Koni Yellows (on the upper perch). Dropped the front and rear by 1" for a nice appearance now. These springs are progressive, so they feel soft while cruising, and get a stiffer feel as they are compressed because of the bigger coils in the center. I'll get the spring rates and edit.
No rubbing with OEM rims/tires setup.
I do however high-center on speed bumps if I take them with any good momentum. I've thumped the bottom a few times and cringed. Lesson learned....I go sloooow.
Tanabe GF210 on stock shocks for me. Nice drop. I'm looking for a good street coilover to upgrade to. I'm running 18's with no rub. Nice ride. Drop as pictured.
Eibach makes one of the best quality and ride spring for our car. Cost a little more then most, but for good reason. Was very happy with them myself. 1'' drop f/r
