Per a valid suggestion from paS2K, I've removed this thread and instead forwarded its contents to all folks associated with the e-mail correspondence we have been sending one another. So check your e-mails.

Also, as you review the "To:" of that e-mail, if you notice someone that was an "unlucky 13" that is *not* a part of the e-mail group...please forward the information to them and copy Rick Hesel.

As I already emailed my info to Rick last week, I would definitely like to have the lawyer represent me. This is my first ticket/offense and I would hate to see it negatively impact my insurance and clean driving record. Like you mentioned Dave, the worst case is the judge sides with the officer but I think we should be able to improve our standing with the lawyer.

 

I just returned from New Hampshire and am about to send an email update to everyone.
