Forged email from s2ki.com not from us
If you get an email like:
Your e-mail account was used to send a huge amount of unsolicited commercial e-mail during the recent week.
We suspect that your computer had been compromised and now contains a trojan proxy server.
Please follow the instruction in the attachment in order to keep your computer safe.
Have a nice day,
s2ki.com user support team.
It's not from us.

No, it's SPAM/Trojan/Virus garbage relayed through open and insecure mail servers in China or infected PCs.
1. We won't send you attachments unless you are expecting one.
2. Beware of emails with no subject or one or two word subjects like "Re: General" especially if they have attachments.
Most important, make sure the email makes sense. We aren't going to send you cryptic or mysterious emails that require you to read an attachment to figure out what they are. The message will say exactly what it's for and will make some sense. If you don't understand why you are getting the email or what it's for then delete it.
Take the time to be critical and cautious about any email you get, especially if it contains any form of attachment.
