I have a AP2 and want to do some motor work. I found a F20 with some goodies in it, and was wondering if it would work on my F22 block. I also have a F20 that I could build, but would it work with my f22 head?

Could you use internals of the F22 engine in the F20 block?

and it would have some benefits aswell.

 

Does the F20 block have the same dimentions as the F22 and the bore size is just different?

If I bored out the F20 block would it be the same as the F22 block?

 

f22 stroke is different, so the rods are a different size

 

So is the block different or is it just different internals?

 

I'm guessing same block just internals different..take yours apart and let us know what you find =]
