Back in oct I had bought a spare block to use the crank out of it. I had posted the block with pistons and rods for sale ciscokid209 was interested we worked out a shipped price and went on with the transaction. sent the block gave the tracking info.


Buy recieves block and says its damaged not a problem. I will refund his money when I receve the block back and the reinbursment from fedex.


Weeks go by and he asks me to check the status. I was super busy with vacation and a new job I hadnt a chance to call so I instructed him he has the tracking info he can do it. He called me up huffing and puffing. anyway he than apologized to me.

said he would call fedex


Next day I get a PM saying they did try to redeliver it and I refused it, I never recieved anything so i decide to call fedex my self.



Fed ex tells me the block was never picked up from ciscokid209 and they are doing an investigation on the issue.

so now I have a paypal claim from him and no block. good thing I kept every record of the transaction .


he pmed me after the block was sent out and said he didnt need it anymore he was going to just sleeve his block......

also on his paypal account it says his adress is 12 bacon island stockton california how the hell can you live on a bridge???

funny he put the chargeback threw after I pmed him my findings about him not giving fedex back the block

I pmed him on the 31st and on the first their was a dispute in my paypal

Have you tried to contact any of the Calif. COs in regards to ciscokid209 and his reputation? Maybe they can "lean on him" a little bit.

Just a thought....
