I was able to pick up some dyno charts of the UK car that I mentioned a couple weeks ago that has totally stock internals and headgasket...yes...no 3mm head gasket.
This was on c116 (and some 93 octane still in the tank). If I recall correctly, it had gotten up to about 22psi (updated to correct number). Maybe Mase or Phil can chime in and give the exact number.
On pump 93 it was able to hit 473whp with a 2.5" open down pipe exhaust.
This is hitting about 14.5psi IIRC.
Mase put days and days of dyno pulls on this car while tuning and he definitely says it will hold up...it's all in the tuning.
I was at Stage6 on Friday where this set up is being worked for right hand drive cars and they just installed a T1R 70mm Sparrow. I'll post up more charts once Mase does some pulls with the new exhaust.
And the next step is a GT35R on a Laskey built motor...I can't wait to see what that will end up putting down.
Phil in the UK is gonna have one hell of a monster when it comes back home.
UPDATE:
The car with race gas and a GT35R is now putting down 601whp on a DynoDynamics (so more than 625whp on a DynoJet)...and about 380ft-lb torque.

Any reason why 18psi needed C16?
could add a little more timing I know with VP IMPORT race gas which I belive is 125 or 130 octane you can add 5 more degrees timing and be safe off the bat
and yes it was all done on stock rear end, stock exhaust, shocks and stock motor, which i will add, i have used very well if you get me, 125k on all of it st
ooooh are we having a whos better here haha, i did not start the post and well its not complete yet, as there are some issues with the project at the moment
I will leave it up to the tuner to post a comment if he so wishes or negcamber can
