Good review. I just saw the new WRX/Sti at the Cincinnati Auto Show last week and was very surprised with them. I really enjoy the hatch/wagon segment, but I loved the new Sti's. To be honest, for my price point in a few years, I am going to look hard at the regular WRX, as I almost prefer it over the Sti since I already have the S2k for my fun car.

A 2 door convertible and a AWD wagon/sedan seems like a good combo. I've heard people say that the base model has a drab interior but I think that's mainly due to the seats/shifter. The car makes surprisingly good numbers and from what I remember has a faster 0-60 than the Mazda MS3, which is likely due to traction.
