Default BEWARE OF E-AUTOSPORTS ("Allen")

Be very wary of purchasing parts from E-Autosports ("Allen")....

I need to fawking vent...
I was looking to purchase a Tanabe Medalion Touring exhaust for my04. I pm'd the vendors from this site. I received a lowest quote from E-Autosports. I placed an order via telephone call with Allen. Five minutes after I placed the order, Allen calls me back stating that he made a mistake and that he misquoted me for the exhaust. He had thought that I ordered a Hyper and he wanted to charge me extra for shipping. I said, no problem because it was still about $30 cheaper than the lowest quote I received from other vendors (I paid $772.50 to E-Autosports).

About a week later, I received the package. I was going to get a once over from Bill in the following weekend and I wanted Bill to install the exhaust, so I opened the box. Guess what is in the box... a fawking Hyper. I called Allen back and he does not answer. Apparently, Allen had hurt himself and did not come to work and a guy named "Wil" was answering the phones. Wil stated that Allen hurt his back and could not come to work. Again I was being accomodating to E-Autosports and waited for Allen to come-in to work.

Fast forward 1 week. I just spoke with Allen. Allen stated that he will give me a refund (BUT MINUS THE SHIPPING COST - what the fawk?) I tell him that he got to kidding.....

Allen says "I can only refund the cost of the exhaust, and not shipping!" I am like "you are fawking kidding me...." He says no. Furthermore, he states that the matter is out of his hands and he is only "transmitting" what Wil wants him to communicate to me. Again, I am like "you are fawking kidding me." And I ****ing go off on him.

I say, "If I wanted to be a bitch, I would have pressed for you to ship to me the exhaust that I order (a Touring and not Hyper)... BUT I DID NOT! You wanted extra for shipping because you made an error and I paid it... WITHOUT SAYING ONE WORD. You wanted me to wait (to straighten out the mess)... AND I WAITED. You wanted to just refund my money... AND I AGREED." AND NOW YOU FAWKING WANT TO CHARGE ME.

WHAT A MORON! DO THEY ****ING THINK I AM JUST GOING TO SIT HERE AND ACQUIESCE TO EVERYTHING THEY SAY. I called Citibank (my creditcard co.) and disputed the charges. Citibank agreed to credit my account for the charge.

I AM SO FAWKING UPSET. Allen and E-Autosports wasted 2 weeks of my valuable time. (and I am pissed that I am spending 15 minutes writing this shit). WHAT A FAWKER! BE VERY WARY WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!!!

Thanks moderator for combining . As I was typing, I thought the box (for typing) was full.

E-Autosports are located in California.
Deal with them at your own risk!

The worst part of it all is that I really wanted to work with them in resolving the matter. I really thought Allen was a nice guy. But when he said "it is out of my hands (it is up to Wil)" - I was like, you lost a potential good customer over several dollars. What a fawker!

I know you're venting but if you want the vendor to notice, post this in more public forums like s2k talk. Glad CitiCards is working with you. They have treated me well too when there was fraud on my account.

Whew..., I feel much better!
I think that E-Autosports are run by bunch of amateurs.

Where do you post in the public forum? I would really hate to see other s2ki members go through the shit that I went through.

I have never had any problems with E Auto. William and Allen have always been really helpful with me. Sorry about your problems.
