Default SF09 reservations are up

Okay folks, we are now ready.

You can register on-line at:
https://www.stayatthegrand.com/servlet/Webr...sk?hotelid=7300
fax:1-609-884-4344

The current pricing is $162.50/night for a single and 179.50 for a double (number of people, not size of bed).

or 179.50/night for a townhouse room of which there are two.

These prices include taxes and tips(dinner)

Please take note of the following:
People can fax, US Mail or make reservations on line (they must enter the group ID #64809 in group ID box - not the promo code box - when making reservation on line.) The group ID is on the reservation form. Reservations are not to be made via telephone. For anyone that wants a form to mail or fax, please PM me with your email and I will get it out to you.

Banquet entree choices should be listed in the comment section when making reservations on line. The dinner choices are roast beef or chicken marsala.

For those who do not wish to spend both nights, I will see what can be done.

Please do not hesitate to PM me or post here if there are any questions.

***Please take note***
The cut-off date for reservations is 15 Feb. The Jersey shore is quite popular in the spring.

Booked! You have to put in that ID with the NUMBER ONLY. Then it brings up the choices for our meet. FYI - the room rate says $159.45 for two persons, not $179.50.

I just tried and I get " Cannot book before Wednesday, September 3, 2008" even though it is September 3 today!

Hmmm...did you use the link above for reservations? Worked for me. The availability form comes up and you put in your info, including that ID #. Then it takes you to our meet page with the room types on it.

I booked a room but didn't have any food option. Also the rooms all came up at $159.45. I just booked anyway.

I ended up booking an 11 - Townhouse Suite Oceanfront. It's two stories. I am planning on having one of the party rooms. Beds upstairs, party downstairs.

May 8-10, 2009. Patty, you are supposed to put your dinner choices in the comment area. Maybe you can email yours?

Opps. I guess I didn't pay close enough attention to the directions. Thanks.
