Default Hard Top Hoist Install

Saturday several of the crew came over to help work on the Hard Top Hoist Install - I am still waiting on the wench to come in the mail - should be here Thursday. Paul, Elizabeth and I started the day with a Home Dept run to get parts.

Total cost for the hoist for all parts is about $65.00.

Thanks to Paul, Elizabeth, Marc, Hue, Evan, and Paul 2 for coming over and helping.

Is there a little Captain in you? - I guess I do.

Marc and Paul glueing the PVC pipe.

I am not sure what Paul 2 is saying, but he does look serious.

Elizabeth supervising.

Testing out the pullies, ropes, and knots.

The completed hoist cradle - it was too cold to paint the PVC this weekend - but it will get painted when the weather gets warmer.

I think the 4 tires, 2 mats and 2 wipers shoud only count as 1 item.

but you are missing a few.

Here is a hint there are 8!

Looks great Garret. Sorry I wasn't able to join in on the fun, I was pretty much knocked on my butt with the flu/fever till about Sunday afternoon.

But it looked like you had plenty of help regardless.

Garrett, The hoist looks good, now lets see it in action. Put the top on it so we know it will work!
