Default how much horsepower loss is there...

how many horses would you lose by running say a 1000 watt amp and sub along with an aftermarket headunit in the car? im assuming the alternator has to work hard in order to power the amp, but how much power is lost is my main concern.

Slap some decals on. Flames are +15 hp, and firebird decals are +50 HP.

You won't lose much power. But, of course your car will be slower with 200 pounds of stereo crap in the back....

okay cool...just making sure...yea i know that turning my hat backwards gives me extra aerodynamics therefore increasing my HP by 5%...i also knew that adding the decals that come with CAIs in the correct place helps absorb more cold air giving me 10-20 HP

Still don't understand why people put hundreds of pounds worth of stereo gear in their S2000's. I haven't listened to music/radio in my S2000 since the day I bought it.
