As of May 26, 2009 the total outstanding balance is $129.16. Here's a breakdown and I can post a copy of the receipts if anyone wants to see them:

8 people have not paid, therefore 39 people have paid $20 each. $20 x 39 = $780 total paid. $909.16 - $780 = $129.16.

For dinner Saturday evening (May 16th @ 7pm), we have arranged to dine at KC Masterpiece BBQ & Grill(click here for map) in their private party room ("Traditional BBQ Buffet" style). The cost will be $19.34 per person (includes 7.525% tax and 20% gratuity). LordStanley and I will be pre-paying for this (approximately 60 people at $20 per person = $1,200). Therefore, an accurate headcount is necessary. Instead of asking everyone who wants in to tell me they're in, I'm going to assume that everyone already confirmed in the first post of the main MOM09 thread is in, unless you tell me otherwise. Therefore, if you're on the list below, but for whatever reason don't plan on eating dinner with the group, OR if you aren't on this list, but do plan on eating dinner with the group, please somehow let me know one way or the other (via post, email, PM... doesn't matter, I check all of them frequently).

As mentioned before, it would be great if everyone could attend dinner together, but please understand that you're certainly not expected to. If you choose to go to Jack Stack, Taco Bell or wherever instead, we'll totally understand and no offense will be taken.

Unless there is another jimmij, you have me listed twice. Kelly is plus one. Hopefully all the rain is happening now.

 

Edited. Does it make more sense now? A lot of people haven't told me their +1 person's name, so I've just duplicated their username followed by apostrophe s (so it's possessive, e.g. so-and-so's +1). For example, sparkyjohn hasn't told me the name of the person he's bringing, so I've just listed him on one line and "sparkyjohn's +1" on the next line just below him. By putting each person on a line by himself/herself, I can simply copy-and-paste the list into a spreadsheet and look at the row numbers to determine the running total, instead of manually putting a number in front of each person's username or manually counting them.

 

Add one more for the head count... I'll have a passenger

 

 

FYI, there have been many obstacles to overcome in the planning of MOM09.

The thought of ponying up any amount of personal money never crossed my mind. And I am sure I speak for Jules as well.

If you all could do us a favor and act on this post if you aren't attending, it would be appreciated.

And how grand it would be if everyone on the list could make the dinner! Wish I had a room at the Pear Tree.....
