S2000 Owners & Enthusiasts... START YOUR ENGINES!!

Mark your calendars for May 16th and 17th. Planning is well underway, but here's a sneak peak at what the agenda will probabry look like:

Saturday, May 16th:
10:30 am - Meet @ Lee's Summit Honda (click here for map)
12:00 noon - lunch at Lake Jacomo followed by a cruise around the lake
2:00 pm - another cruise ** Please arrive with a full tank if you plan on going on this cruise **
7:00 pm - dinner @ KC Masterpiece BBQ & Grill (click here for map) (see the MOM09 Dinner thread for details)

Sunday, May 17th:
noon - Karting @ Sadler's (see the Sadlers Kart Racing thread if you want in on this)

We have a block of rooms set aside at the Pear Tree Inn for both nights of Friday, May 15th and Saturday, May 16th. Our special group rate is $59.00 for either a standard room with two double beds or a standard room with one king bed. PJNRACE will be attending with John & Phyllis for Saturday in our 08 Apex Blus CR, but not the karting on Sunday.

In the coming week I will set up a "deal" at a hotel right up the street from the dealership for those staying overnight. For any interested, I will also set up dinner/drinks at http://www.marinagrogandgalley.com It's a little on the expensive side but well worth the experience. You can actually eat outside on the edge of the water. Plus, it's only 5 miles away from the hotel. Any interest in either?

I was sort of thinking the Pear Tree Inn in Overland Park because they have a clean, secure parking garage (and it's not far from Sadlers in Olathe). If there are others, great!

How expensive is a little expensive? There doesn't appear to be any prices listed on their website. Sounds/looks nice!
