Default SoS Supercharger High Boost Kit for MY06

Just wanted to say how great a kit this is. Everything went together super easy, all using Honda bolts, and fits great. I have only driven about 25 miles and will drive some tomarrow. I have not WOT'd the car yet as I figured I give the car a good 100 mile break in, then hit the dyno Sat to check my AFR. I will post my dyno graph after that, and give the car a good shake down.

My mods are Berk 70mm HFC, and Ultimate Racing 3.0 inch dual exhaust with stock tips, and King Motorsports Big Bore TB.

My stage 1 kit was upgraded to include the race heat exchange and self lubrication.

I did the install myself in my garage with only jackstands and simple hand tools. I did use a 3/8 impact to snug the supercharger pulley only slightly.

I will post up more as the days go by!

Did it over three days. Night one, pull Ecu and shipped it. Day 2 install. Day 3 heat exchange install, didn't get it untill day 3, and reinstall Ecu. Maybe 10 hours tops, with screwing around replacing the headlights, and getting the drivers seat recovered.

I did previously upgrade the clutch, competition clutch stage 2. Organic compound.

Can't wait till tomarrow! Should be fun to wot this thing. Will post later

was going to but its been discontinued. I met up with a local with it and it sounds good. Funny thing is, he decided to sell his car 3 days after I ordered this. Could have got a clean used one for less.

To tell the truth though, I love the sound of this one. Ulitimate Racing isnt for the faint of heart, it is pretty loud, but a goodloud. Deepest sound Ive heard out of an S2000. Thats compared to my buddys t1r V1 single, haha

bad news....

Went to the dyno today and couldnt do a full pull. The A/F was at 13.5 at 5000rpm and 13.9 and 6000rpm. We let out of it and decided to wait till next week so I can get Chris's opinion on this.

My HFC/exhaust could be causing the problems. Were not sure. I hope we can resolve this as I dont want to resort to Kpro. Too much more money right now.

Ill post once I get some answers. Other than that, the car drives very well at low to mid throttle. Cant say much for anything else as it hasnt been over 6000 rpm, and thats where the difference is most defined.

More later...
