Looks like the season is slowly coming to an end... Grand Honda is beginning to advertise S2000s again. Today's Chicago Tribune includes an ad for an '02 S2000, no color specified, for $29,860. Stk# 3113K/AP1142ENW.

Go get 'em.

At that price expect to hear "sorry, but it's been sold" when you get there too.

You'd think that, but when I bought my car last year, they ran a similar ad (actually a whole bunch of 'em) for a whole week, and the car wasn't actually sold until that week's Saturday. I actually saw the guy drive off as I pulled into the dealership.

Advertised for $29,860, as stated above.

It's not a quantum thing. The ad doesn't change by looking at it.

There's also a dealer in the vicinity who will match that advertised price. However, I can't think of the name.

Can someone scan this advertisement in and send it to me? I found a dealership closer to me that said they might be able to match that price. They need proof of that offer, and I think the advertisement might work. My email address is mpakes@mail.utexas.edu. Thanks a million.

I notice that most of the ads say brand new next to the models but the s2k and a couple of others don't. Has anyone been down to this dealership in person I was wondering if maybe the s2k advertised has somec miles on it. Seems to good to be true! That is the lowest price I have heard of.
