Default Thinking about getting this radio for the Healey

This is a pretty slick job. It looks like an old AM transistor radio, but it is actually all electronic and has usb ports, etc. When you turn it on, the analog screen is replaced with a digital screen.

Bill, I thought I'd like a fancy radio in the MG a few year's back. I got one that was modern and looked old. I installed very small but very good swivel speakers up under the dash out of sight. They could not be seen but played well. I soon realized I was never turning it on. I enjoyed the peace and quiet along with the sound of top down wind much better. Just my 2 cents.

What about those slow romantic drives on moon-lit nights? What about cruise-ins? What about picnics from the boot? I can see it. LB, if you want music, go for it.

The funny thing is, there are many guys who do not like radios in their British sports cars. My brother is one of them.

Funny thing is a lot of guys don't like peanut butter and mustard sandwiches but I still eat 'em.

Bill, I think the aftermarket radio is still in my crumpled up MG dash which is up in my attic. If you think it would work for you, I'll make you a deal you can't refuse. I'm don't recall how the speakers came through the wreck but I may have them as well.
