2010 Pocono Track Days w/ D-V Miatas
Just got the email from Jeff. Who else is in??
Dates are July 19th and 20th (monday and tuesday).
So to echo what Gary said, this is by far my favorite event of the year. John brings his hooked up race trailer, along with refreshments for the entire days. Joe hosts an event on Sunday evening which is not to be missed! It's really not just a track day, it's far more.

Dates are July 19th and 20th (monday and tuesday).
Price is $225 per day (1st increase in 7 years because of pocono track costs).
e-mail Jeffrey Jury <racemiata@yahoo.com> for registration form. if you are a newbie get him your check ASAP, people in miatas and returning people get in first but even if you are wait listed you will find your way in.
so... to sum it up. Here is an event to get your S2000 onto a great track, by the way it was built to be on the track, you'll understand this if you attend.
the event at $225 is a bargain, tracking cars is expensive! the miata folks are great to be with, no hard tops or roll bars are needed and they will instruct you the first and second day to teach you how to drive on the track and to get the most out of your cars.
The track is a good mix of wide open oval type racing with a tight road course mixed in, you'll do over 110 on the oval before jumoping into the infield and taking some tight turns at 30 to 60...
you'll make some great memories and friends.

You should come out. There's a nice grassy area by the track so you can take your crank out for a walk
