Default Auto Park Honda or Leith Honda?

I want to know what everyone think which dealership is friendlier when comes to warranty repair, please feel free to share any good or bad experience at either of the dealerships. I'm gonna take my car in sometime next week to get couple things fix, and just wondering if I get them to fix too many things at once, I'm afraid they will refuse to fix it for me.

1) spark plugs recall
2) 2nd gear grinding, found the recall in the S2K bulletin
3) clutch making buzz noise while in 1st or 2nd gear, also found it in the s2k bulletin

SO, what do y'all think?

Best of luck with either one of them. I have had no service calls with them so I can't pass my judgement but I have met some of their sales folks with their gross negligence and unprofessional manners. Let's hope there's no refelction.

I got my car from Leith, and have been back for them to install the hardtop and rear spoiler, and they have been great in all departments. Been by Auto Park about 2 times, all around inside and out, and no one ever said a word to me.(not that I am complaining, I hate talking to salesmen.) But they could of at least said hello.

I've only got about 1500 miles on mine, so I haven't needed anything done yet. I called AutoPark yesterday to schedule an appointment for the spark plug update. The guy on the phone hadn't heard about it yet. He called the parts department and found out they had the parts, so he scheduled an appointment. He asked if I could leave the car, and I asked how long. He said since they haven't done any of these updates yet, he wanted to make sure the mechanics could take their time. He started reading, "It says here that you have to remove the ignition coil cover to get to the spark plugs." I asked if any of the mechanics have worked on S2000's before. He said, "Of course they've done delivery preps and regular maintenance jobs. It's not like we're going to mess up your car or anything. I just want to give them plenty of time since this is the first one." Not very confidence inspiring, but we'll see how it goes on Monday.

well, I have taken my car to auto park honda twice b4 for my S2000. First time, I had the problem with window regulator, which drivers side window's auto down function stop working. Second time I told them about my AC is not cold enough, I left my car there, came back at the end of the day and they told me they didnt do anything at all, because they said the AC was very cold.

I have never had any experience with Leith so my opinion may be a bit one-sided. Autopark has been great!!! I have had no issues or quarrels with sales or service. This is my third honda from Autopark and I am very satisfied....

I have not had any major work done on any of the cars besides your basic oil change. They have also just moved into a state of the art facility across the street. Good Luck!!!!

I bought both of my S2000's from Leith. Both time were very good experiences. Have also had recall and service at Leith, excellent results. I also bought two new accords at Cary Auto Park with the same results, mostly because my salesman moved from leith to Cary. Yesterday Wed. I called Cary for spark plug recall and oil change, no problem brought it right in and was out in 45 min. I have nothing bad to say about either one. There is an excellent S2000 mechanic at Cary autopark and he does after market installs on weekends and nights. I have given his e-mail in prior thread but I will put it here in case someone did not get it. If you need some work with after market installs give him an e-mail. Meyjcb@aol.com case sensitive.

Eddie, there is also a decell noise TSB also.
It is available on this board if you do a search. (TSB00-054)
It will be taken care of for free, my car had it done.

I have been pleased with Lieth and so was the previous owner I believe. If you decide on Lieth, I and the previous owner recommend asking for David Rolow, 876-5444 (Service Advisor)

I can email an image of the TSB if you give me your email.
I have no experience with Autopark.

Well, I had the spark plug update done at AutoPark Honda this morning. Dropped the car a little before 7:30. I live walking distance from AutoPark, so I walked home. Got a call around 8:30 that it was done. Walked back to pick it up. I would have stuck around, but the service rep wasn't sure when it would actually get worked on. Drove it around a little bit -- couldn't tell any difference after the update. At least for this service, I'm quite happy with AutoPark.
