I've have happy with the work performed by http://www.wheeltechniques.com on one of my wheels a few years back.

actually, if you tell them you saw a coupon in the back of Motor Trend or R&T, they will list the price at $99/wheel!!
You can always UPS the wheels to and fro if you want to pay the shipping and avoid the two trips there. many local tire shops use them.
