Default Krank Vents VS Catch Can

So I have seen a lot of posts on catch cans for the dreaded blue cloud for the cornering loads on rights. searching I found a post somewhere where krank vents were recommended as an alternative. My question is are the krank vents alone going to solve my possible troubles. Seems like a much more elegant/less complicated solution if so.
Thanks

You may have to do the same Aus.
This looks like a pretty clean solution for an occasiona(l6-15 per season) track day guy. Use it in conjunction with the krank vents? FWIW no problems to date stock ap1
Lots of seemingly conflicting info in the different links
