Hi, I am planning on tracking my 2001 AP1 with 5K miles. It still has the original tires on it which I plan to only run on the street.

Can someone please suggest a decent and inexpensive slick/wheel combo for this car. I plan to run the car stock for the time being (may be lower springs by 1").

I got some dunlop z1 star specs, 225 and 245, costed $500 shipped from tire rack as they are the only dealer who have them in stock. Heard they are grippy and last long, going to try them out next month
