Default That Zaino reflection

Finally got around to doing a full detail on the paint.

I did a Dawn car wash, followed by mothers clay bar, then another normal soap car wash. Then meguairs swirl remover 2.0, 2 coats of Zaino Z-5, and 2 coats of Zaino Z-2. Z-8 was used between each coat of the Zaino. I am very very happy with my results!

I think the second picture really shows the how awesome the reflections are! Just look at the detail and clarity in the relflection on the door of the side of the road!

You should be happy with the results. It looks awesome. Made me sad though as I had the exact year, color, interior, spoiler and rims on mine but had to sell.

I love this car! Everytime I think I want something else, I drive it, and realize, there is no replacement for it. I need to hurry up and pay the last bit off and keep it forever!

Thanks Jonner.

Ahhh come on man! Just wanted to share my blood sweat and tears from last weekend. I have been using Zaino for about 10 years now, and this is the first time I used it on my S2000, and it didnt take me long to remember why I love Zaino so much

Fantastic! What did it looki like before? Did you have a lot of swirls? Did you use a PC for the swirls?

It was honestly in pretty decent shape. Some minor swirls, and unfortunately some over spray and rough spots from the body shop . I have also done some canyon runs and track days so it was time to get my car back in shape. That and my car sits outside during work hours in AZ where its been over 100 for a few months now, and sometimes peaks upwards of 118, so being sure the paint is protected is very important!!

I used Meguairs swirl remover 2.0. I had half a bottle left from my GF's car, and I love the stuff, so I stuck with it.

I have some before pictures, but honestly, the car looked super clean, but lacked the deep shine and reflection that the Zaino brings out.

Looks great I use some stuff called Wolfgang Deep Gloss that is also a great sealant. I'll try the Zaino when I run out.
Question: I've read that using Dawn or dishwashing soap will strip the wax. Is that why you used it before sealant or do you normally wash car with Dawn?
