I don't get some BMW owners (I have a BMW 330i). Apparently, the S2K is for 12 year olds.

Sold my mint 03 BMW Z4 3.0 and now have an 04 sk2. While I have never tracked either car, I would consider myself an aggressive driver who also has owned Volvo P1800, (now you know my age), Triumph, 'vette, VW Turbo S, the original all aluminum 3 cyl Honda Insight ( onof the best of the bunch) and numerous other modes of transportation and driving fun.
The s2k is far more enjoyable then my Z4
Performance on a twister road is better
Redline driving is a must
I grin every time I pass my BMW stealership as I know my s2k is far more reliable and I don't have the expensive repair bills.
The s2k is more unique and gets far more compliements.
The only advantage for the BMW is that it has a properly designed convertible top that goes completely down and makes it's own boot cover.
Honda S2K for me.

There are always going to be owners of another brand coming up with stupid stereotypes (see the S2000 poster above me). Just ignore them.

Funny read. Surprised that a lot of the BMW guys on that board actually have their heads on straight.
