So after reading the other thread, i discovered my top is wearing through on the sides too. Anyone else?

Here are some pics of mine...time to talk to the dealers...<sigh>

Hey Ed,

I don't have a hole yet, but I have a *very* sharp crease in about the same area on the driver's side. I've only got 11kmiles on the car and the top is UP ('stretched,' as recommended by an upholstery expert I spoke to) 99% of the time when it's parked. I didn't read the other thread in full, but mine looks like it is getting pinched when down (car is driven top DOWN 95% of the time).

Let us know what your Dealer says?

well, wear, hole...whatever...at least we still have our cars to drive around in through Winter too

I'm curious...if they were to replace it, do you think the dealer could replace a pre-2002 top with a 2002 top with the glass rear window? (wishful thinking)...
