I have an extended warranty on a 53 inch tv. Pvs Co was the ones to come out and take some parts out for repair. That was 10/19/05. Does anyone know what the time limit is if its not fixed within 6 weeks? The original invoice said, 1-3 weeks. Pvs lies and says that Circuit city hadn't approved the estimate they gave them and finally today I was able to Call the complaint department( have tried many times to call but could never get through)and they said they didnt get the request till last week and and approved it this passed monday. PVS Co are liars and say that there are no new sound card for my hitachi and need to have it rebuilt but said Circuit City denied the rebuild and told them to find a new one. The Tv is almost 4 years old. This has been a nightmare for the last 4 weeks that I've been trying to call to find out the status. LIES< LIES< LIES> is all I get unless its Circuit City that is lying, how do I know for sure.
