small rip in soft top

Default small rip in soft top

i have a small rip in my soft top...how do i fix it with patch or any other possible methods and where can i get it?

there's patch kits. if it's a clean tear, it'll be hard to notice.

try an Upholstery shop

umm. I patched my top with nylon thread, silicon sealant, and an iron patch. It lasts about 6 months, and you should re-silicon and re-iron patch it. works good. After the second patch i swaped the top.

blown, if you need help let me know. easy fix depending on how you want to do it. I took mine(old top) to a convertable shop. Their fix($50) lasted 3 weeks.

nice, so you are saying your fix lasted 6 months? thats great I am ALL in

here are 2 pics of the rip(s) from outside, they look a lot worse from the inside.
