so I purchased a lot of parts from a so cal shop and they sold my parts without notifying me and I paid for most of the items...wht do I do..do I take legal action, can I take legal action...

 

Are they refusing to give you your money back?

 

Threaten to sue. If that dont work, then sue

 

so the balance I owe them is around 1500. and the header and exhaust together is well over 2500..so I should get back around 1000. because they sold it to someone else..I pmed them just to pay me back what they owe me.. that sounds fair right...if not I will proceed with legal actions if I have too...through the military.. and the military is freaken good about taking care of their soilders...
