Default 03 Suzuka checking in!

Been a long time lurker here out of sheer interest for the s2000 but now I'm finally able to claim an s2000 of my own. It was traded in at the dealership I work at by an older gentleman. The motor purrs at 42k miles. Unfortunately, I had to sacrifice my 600rr for it but so far it has been worth it. It's a nice change of pace but with subtle familiarity. I look forward to learning a lot more about the car from you guys.

As far as mods go, I feel the car is very solid in factory form. Maybe it's just me getting older and not wanting to tinker with a good thing. If anything, I'd only like to swap out the radio for now so that I can listen to my ipod. Just curious as to how many of you miss the dash radio controls with an aftermarket stereo?

I've come across the modifry dci before. It'd be nice to use the dash controls but I just wonder if I'll miss it. I've never had a car with dash/wheel controls for the radio so if I took it away here, not sure I'd miss it.

Welcome!! No need to lose dash controls as others have chimed in. Modifry DCI wired or infrared do the trick. Have that for my Eclipse head unit and works perfect.
