very true. I realize I'm using the term quite loosely but I'm still amazed by the condition of the car after 14 years.

I think people use terms loosely.
  • Mint to me means its current condition relative to its quality when new.
  • Unmolested means the car has never been changed from its production form and retains its completeness.
  • A car can be molested, and returned whole, as well as returned to "mint" quality.

But something can only ever be new once.

Anyway the point was "Mint" should refer to its current state as a whole in comparison to "New". But we all will see grades of "mint" different. I think your car looks great.
