dude I think that a pretty good deal try to get under 25. It should be right. My dealer have 2005 Silver and they price tag it at 33,999 and they won't budge from that price because the rims is aftermartket.

Honda salesman here, from NY. That is a very good price. if that is 3500 not 35000, jump on the thing. Don't pay any addt'l fees, like delivery/prep etc. Certification should run no more than 500 for the car, if you take the wrap (bumper to bumper warranty thru Honda) don't pay more than 1000.

I got my MY05 with 3030 miles in Aug 06 and paid $25k + tax from a private seller so that price through a dealership isn't too shabby.
See if you can get them to add the bumper to bumper warranty for 26k + TTL or add some accessories like front lips etc..
