I am thinking about buying a 2007 S2000 with 57k miles and a clean car fax. Hope to test drive car in the next couple of days, and would appreciate any tips for bargaining for the lowest price.
Also, is there there any advice to look for hidden problems. I have recently retired to Florida and would like to have a nice ride that would not include the expenses of the German cars, All my research has led me back to the S2000 as being fun to drive and with Honda's reliability for peace of mind. check for the trunk leak... pull out the panel that covers the jack, and pull out the foam block the jack and accessories sit in.... when i bought my07 i didnt know of this and found water under the foam.

here is the leak and how to fix it. but its better to have them fix it or negotiate the price.
