I think the deal is fair. You might look at it this way- You are getting basically a new car since the milage is so low. On the other hand, for about $5k more you could own a brand new '07.
If you consider that the '07 is probably worth (used) a couple grand more than the '05 at resale, the difference is now about $3k.
The question now is "how important in three thousand dollars to you"?
For $3k you could add a hardtop or a nice audio set-up or other mods that would add to the pleasure of owning the '05. Or perhaps owning a spankin' new '07 really seems to be the better deal.

I looked for S2000s for a LONG time before I bought mine and I noticed a very definite trend. NFRs seem to go for considerably less than all other colors (Suzuka included).
That said, you can get one for a really good deal. Of course this car is a good deal - look at the miles. Jump on if its what you were looking for.
