Adrian - Buying a MINT S2K but the odometer is wrong
There's a man in my area selling an S2000 that is an absolute mint condition. The issue is two things. 1: the car is being bid on and currently sits at $22,000, the bidding ends Friday. 2: the odometer had to be replaced, and the last Carfax report says that the car had 8000 miles in 2018. The car currently says it has 19 miles on it (yes, 19 miles. Not 19k).The car looks and sounds amazing not a speck of rust anywhere. It was clearly babied. All OEM. It's a 2005 in Grand Prix white, tan interior. I feel like I'm rushing on this though being willing to spend $25,000 on a car that has an unknown amount of mileage. The car may even sell above 30 K by Friday. Any opinions? I only ask that owners of S 2000's comment and not window shoppers please. No disrespect but this is an important purchase and a lot of money for me.
