After years of commitment issues, I finally settled down......
..........and committed to an s2k!....lol
What's up my fellow s2k owners!
Just picked up my 02 NFR AP1 a couple weeks ago. Like a lot of us here, I've always loved and wanted to own an s2k since the first year they hit Honda showrooms. But I never really followed through thus my passion for the s2k went to the back burner. I've owned a couple cars since then (all powered by Honda might I add) and I started getting the s2k itch again for like the past year. Didn't really want to rush/make any quick decisions when it came to buying a car of this caliber so I started doing some research/homework. And just really learning all I can about this car before I decided to commit to buying one.
So as luck would have it, I came across this beauty. My only prerequisite was that it had to fit my budget and must have an oem hard top. The rest is pretty much history. Only mod right now are lowering springs but future plans are to pick up an oem trunk spoiler and side strakes. And that's probably going to be it, I'm planing on leaving it stock. I'm a big oem fan, but it might also be my handicap......lol. The only car I really spend money on is my 97 civic hatch. I keep all my other cars stock, having one money pit is bad enough..........lol.
Well I look forward to talking with you all and hopefully learn a lot more about this car in the process. And I'm sorry I don't own a better camera, my iPhone is the best option I have right now. Comments are always welcome both positive & negative. Thanks!

And here's a couple more from last weekend when I squeezed it in the garage next to my daily driver. I didn't want to take any chances when Sandy decided to pay us a visit.

Thanks for the all the positive comments!.....I think it was worth trying to hold out until a hardtop popped up. Although at times my patience was getting a little short....lol

Nice find, looks great with the hardtop
