Default Another New S2000 Owner

Hello,

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Cameron, and while I got my car on Saturday, it became official today. She is a beautiful 2004 Suzuka Blue with just over 20,000 miles on the clock. My mother in law drove her up from Florida over the weekend and took her through the tail of the dragon on the way. We transfered the title into my name today and I got her all washed up this afternoon. I've wanted one of these since they came out. I'm glad I finally got one!

I'm in the Columbus Ohio area so I'll be making an intro post in that forum too. I've spent a lot of lunch ours lurking on here, and I'm glad to finally be an owner and a member.

Cameron

Wow, that's some dedication! All the way from Florida to Ohio! I wish I had that kind of time to drive for my first time. I'm finding any excuse I can to get out of the house and put the top down

Was it your mother-in-laws car?

Welcome man, and congrats on the car. Now that you have it, YOU should go take it on the Dragon. I hear it is awesome. I fI ever have the chance to get down that way then IM going to hot it for sure. Take care.

Yes, it was my mother in law's car and she drove it up. Actually it was my late fater in law's car, but he wanted us to have it, so we worked out a deal with her. I may be hitting the dragon in a few weeks as my brother lives in Knoxville and I have to take my wife down there for his wifes baby shower. So far it has been lots of fun.

Thanks guys. I just got back from a business trip with a Corrola rental. The car had 16 miles when I pecked it up from Hertz. Driving it really reminded me how good the S is. The Corrola did get good mileage, but the S is so much better in every way!
