Default Another noob joining the site!

He guys, I just got a MY04 Berlina Black three weeks ago and LOVE it!! This seems to be, by far, the best s2k forum out there and I hope to learn a lot from you guys. I just wanted to introduce myself after browsing around the site for a week or so, and I had a couple general questions:

1. Are most of you guys located on the West Coast, because I would love to find a s2k club in the NC area.
2. My S is in very good shape, but the paint (althought very shiny) has many chips in the front. Do you guys recommend just a good polish detail, touch up job or should I try to get some panels repainted. All I am worried about are the panels matching the existing paint and of course cost. It doesn't have to be exactly perfect, I know chips happen, but do you think having the front repainted is worth it?

That's all I will ask about for know. Thanks guys, you have a great site!!

By the way, I found the clubs tab on top, and found the Carolinas club, so I figured that one out. There is just a lot of info on this site, it takes a little navigating!

Welcome and enjoy your stay.
Keep that Berlina looking sharp... for those scratches, chips and imperfections... there's tips on using a clay bar and how to use a Porter Cable. The wash and wax folks are the pro's on here; you should post your specific questions on that forum. Good Luck.
