Default Anyone bought a new MY05 recently?

I found a brand new MY05 (only 5 miles on the odometer!) and was wondering what I should expect to pay for it. If anyone has recently purchased a NEW 05 (as in, since the MY06s have been available), could you tell me how much you paid for it, so I can be armed with some quotes when I make my deal!

Where at in Dallas was this? Also, did they have any other MY05's on the lot without test drive miles, and what colors?

At Rusty Wallis in Garland. They had another 05 that was Silverstone but it had more miles on it (around 400?). You can search the inventory off the honda web site links to other DFW dealers. There are very few 05s left in North Texas.

i think prices are starting to go back up for 05's.

if you search, you'll find a handful of people that got new 05's for about $28k +ttl around the feb/march timeframe

Temps in the 70s and sunshine tend to inflate what dealers think they can get.

Yeah... in my case, the dealer added the "exterior protection" package and wouldn't budge on discounting it any further. Also tipped my hand by asking them to hold the vehicle for a few days with a CC#... Probably could have done a tad bit better... but still happy with the deal.

Spring, Summer definitely not the best timing for a convertible purchase... but with gas going up, had to ween myself off the SUV.

Well worth the money, after putting 500 miles on the car in the past week.

ditto here, I parked the hemi-powered Durango to drive the S and save a few coins on gas. At least that's how I positioned it with my wife.
