Bad experinece you wont believe it!
Ok I went to a Honda dealer in Las Vegas because I have been looking for an S2000 for at least 2 years. So tonight I am looking on autotrader and find exactly what I wanted. 2005 with 12000 miles Red certified......... I test drive it drive it hard like I owned it.. no problems. Guy was cool and everything. I asked it he could take my wife for a short test drive... up and down the street. Yeah sure..... So like 100 feet from the driveway guy guns it, starts fishtailing and his the friken curb. Now, if anyone on here knew my wife you would be like oh crap. She hates car accident stuff, she has been in a few and hates fishtailing too. So im talking to one of the portes cuz he was a cool guy and we were like im suprised he is not coming back. I was trying to call my wife and she woudl not answer. There was a U-turn spot close to where this happend. My wife said she told him to turn around and to slow down and that he kept going faster and would not turn around. They finally return and my wife is scared and shaking. I was like WTF. dude scuffed up the bumper badly but it was not broken or anything. i dont know what to do. I did speak to the GM and tols him WTF. Should we call the police? It's almost kidknapping what he did. She told him to turn around and slow down and he did not.
Spell check is not working and I am to fired up to re-check everything.
Is this in the right forum?

First off, any decent dealership would have let you take the car with your wife, especially if you'd be leaving your car there while on the test drive. Secondly, I'd probably bust the salesman in the mouth when they got back.
*do not construe this as formal legal advice, but...*
what he did is not a crime, but instead a tort.
false imprisonment
intentional infliction of emotional distress
you can probably sue for damages, but a guy like that may not have much in the way of assets.
but what a jackass. how does something like that happen?

I have no Idea... I am going to tell them that she is going to file a poilice report. I think I should ask for $21k out the door with 7yr 100,000 mile warranty and new set of tires when I need them. Not to mention they have to fix the bumper.

Hmm, who was your salesman? I bought my s2k from there but spoke to Tom Peterson. It was salesman like that that made me stay away from Honda West. He took me for a test drive, and he drove a brand new s2k with less than 100 miles HARD! And afterwards he wanted me to buy it? I was like ahhh not this one!!! It sucked also b/c it was the only white s2k available in Vegas at that time.
