Hi out there,
I recently purchased a 2001 s2000, Silverstone(oooo I like). I was hoping some one could help me. Is the rear windshield made of plastic or vinal and any thoughts on how to best care for it? Also wondering if anyone knows about all these glass care products. How necessary are they the cleaner/ restorer/ckay,etc... I want to take good care but not unnecessarily waste $ any thought? thanks, chase

to answer your questions...
the rear window is plastic. if it is hazed pretty badly, you can polish it using a plastic polish like meguair's plastx, or 3m plastic polish. then protect it with plexus.
not too sure what you want to know about glass care, but i usually clay mine, then finish it up with stoner's invisible glass and microfiber towels.
the wash and wax forum will have all the information you could ever want to know about taking care of your car! check out the detailing how-to's and the detailing handbook. very useful information.
