I dont like the all red interiors, but thats just me. If I were in the market I would pass on an S with all red.

If you like it then do it, but dont think about resale value (you will be lucky to get .25 cents for every dollar you spend on mods). Thats why most people part the car out return it to stock and then sell it

I have the all red interior, I think it's JDM bling. However, my tastes have change and now I want something more subtle.

thanks guys. well i wanted to do it cause i think it looks nice. only all red seats with black/red door panels. do you think its worth it? my 6/10 scale seats for the panels + seats for 400. deal or no deal?

i don't mind if the car value goes up or down (too much)...it's just the fact the seats are in really good condition and he's selling the car anyway.

I like the red and black interior on a silverstone. I agree with the others. Don't do it for resale value. Do it because you like it. You'll be the one driving it.

Go for it. Even if you couldn't sell the car outright for more money, you could go back to black and get most of your investment back.

I've been slowly swapping mine too:

So far I have invested around $300 after selling the black parts. But that $300 bought me more than just a color change since the new seats are in much better condition than my old ones, the panels are AP2, and the center console is now leather instead of carpet.

Silverstone on black/red is just dead sexy
