Default does this S2000 sound like a good deal?

I have been looking at few a S2000's in the Orlando area and came across this one....

2004 yellow s2000 with 15k miles

It looks like the previous owner added a few things....

Is it worth what they want for it, $24,200 ???

KBB is saying
Trade in is $21k
Private is $23k
Retail is $26k

I was thinking $23-23.5k out the door.

From looking at the pics it has a strut bar, carbon fiber cover, headers, intake, and seems to be lowered.

They like their spoon parts. Intake duct, plug wire cover, STB, oil cap, valve cover, and shift knob are all Spoon, possibly the header too. BTW that intake is doing nothing with a stock air filter on it. I'd say that's a good deal, especially since the previous owner already spent $1,000 dressing up the engine bay for you.
