Default Driving an S2000 8 hours home

Hey all! Flying to buy an S2000 and then drive it 8 hours home tomorrow. Weather looks decent for Colorado and it's on all-season tires. There may be some issues with the convertible top so I bought some flex seal tape to temporarily keep out any moisture should it start pouring down rain.

I'm wondering if anyone has any other tips on things I should bring for the drive? Anything to look out for to make sure the car is road-worthy before setting out? I was going to bring some earbuds with ANC in case the road noise gets to be bothersome

Maybe a tire gauge. These cars are sensitive to tire pressure. Safe travels!

AirPods Pro work great if the car has an exhaust. Otherwise, oil, coolant, tire plug kit always good to have. Setup the playlist before hand too!

If the roads are suitable, a radar detector might come in handy!

I will second a map! I know, we all have GPS but in the mountains you will see times when you have zero coverage sometimes. Always good to have a backup And watch that weather closely, it can be perfect and 10 miles later in the mountains be an unexpected snowstorm

I'm reading this "tomorrow" so hope all went well getting the car "home" wherever that might be.

Photos or it didn't happen.

You look a little young to have a license, I would suggest phone books to raise you up a little. LOL
