I built a K-Swapped 91 Integra in the past (2007-2014) and loved it. I did everything on the car except Bodywork/Paint. Will share a pic at the bottom of this thread.
I'm at a point in life where I want (and can) go back to this car interest I always had. After this 5-7 years hiatus, I've been looking at the S2000 as a very good choice for what I'm looking for (convertible, sporty, Honda, accessible, etc.). To clarify, I currently do not own one, but would love to get my hands on one in the next 12 months of so (whenever the opportunity shows up).
I have a ton of questions, and also a ton of reading to do. Been lurking for a couple days here (and in the past as well) and I found this forum to have a TON of knowledge.
So I am just dropping in to say hi! Looking forward to get to know some of you (I'm from Toronto, Canada and noticed the Southern Ontario space).
That's all. Here's an (old) picture of the K-Swapped DA in its best form.
Welcome to S2KI! I had a white 93 DA back in the day... it was my absolute favorite car and the one I regret selling the most. Anyhow, yeah there's an abundance of information here; hope you find it useful. Best of luck with your search!!
Welcome Silchuki ! Yes, you WANT an S2000. Don't think about it just go get one. Though finding unmolested ones is becoming more difficult, be patient and get a good one !
Welp, I guess it might be weird to bump an Intro thread but I did not want to create a new one. Got myself a Silverstone 2006 AP2 with 101k kms. Drove it for a good 4-5hrs last weekend and it's awesome!
It currently has an Invidia Q300 Exhaust and K&N Intake on it. I sold both to put the OEM exhaust and Intake back since I want something different in the future. The car will be sleeping for the whole winter, then in Spring I will be doing all the maintenance to "reset" the car to 0.
That's all! I cannot wait to start "modding" it. It will be a very slow OEM+ Build anyway, so nothing super exciting for now. Thanks for looking!
