Drum roll please...just kidding
Hello S2K owners! I'd like to introduce myself, as I just found this forum today. I will become an S2000 owner in 3 days - picking up my new silver S2K this weekend.
I wasn't looking to buy this year, and really wasn't planning on a S2000, although I had researched them.
Anyways, I look forward to reading and learning a lot on this forum. From what I've seen so far, there's a lot of info here!

Welcome. I hope it all goes down like you expect. Stay safe, start out slow until you get a feel for it. Auto-x is one of the best ways to safely get to know your vehicle. Enjoy.
Welcome!
Just brought home my 2003 silver S2K yesterday, 6 Sept. In a word, Awesome!
A little more intro, since I became a member of this outstanding forum a few minutes ago
I found this forum last week after I found the S2K while vacationing in Door County, Wisconsin over the Labor Day holiday last weekend. The car was sitting on the corner with a For Sale sign, so I stopped to have a look.
Long story shorter, one adult professional owner, 56K miles, extremely clean and well cared for, stored during WI winters. Bottom line - took a test drive & I was sold. I got a very good vibe from the seller - very important to me. I trusted him - no PPI done. Have all the maintenance records though, although really they're only oil changes and some tires. The car is due for a diff fluid change, and wax.
Here's some shots.

I'm new to the whole car thing, having only owned 'sensible' cars all my life I'm 50 y/o. No couch potato though - I'm a motorcyclist - very into racing & Moto GP. I own a Yamaha R6 (awesome) and a Ducati 748 (well, it started life as one - now a highly modified 855). So, I enjoy things fast and beautiful. I enjoy the track since it tends to separate the loud talkers from the real riders
Road America right up the road and Blackhawk Farms Raceway just down the road.

I plan to spend way too much time on this forum, and hope to contribute in areas where I can. Since this is my first Honda, it
