From an ep3 to an ap1; SoCal's Mattmobile!
Hello s2ki! So I picked up a 2001 BB ap1 a week or so ago, and I finally decided to make an introduction. I sold my ep3 to pick this up (pics below). This is my first RWD/true sports car, and so far I love it. I loved my ep3, but that was just no comparison to this.. car came with a Seibon CF hood, AEM v2 cold air, and lowering springs. I'm only 20, so this build will be rather slow (considering s2000 parts are expensive compared to civics). Enough of the ranting and onto the pictures.
I got the car bone stock, and I went through some phases, but this is when I first started to think my car was becoming decent:
IMO, my ep3 in it's prime (this is the way it was sold.. and yes, I regret leaving my rpf's on it.. :/ )
