Hi, I just bought a 2001 s2000. This is the first Honda I have ever owned. All of the reasons I usually dont like Honda dont apply to the s2k (mainly being rwd). I drove a 92 nissan 240 gutted with pretty built suspension, an lsd and basic i/h/e. I recently bought and am in the process of building an sr20 for it and it is becoming a dedicated track car, so I wanted to get a nicer car to drive around in on weekends or after work. i bought it for 14k from my dad.


i am new to s2000s and hondas in general. my plans at this point just include a hard top, exhaust, some volks and maybe some coilovers. i understand the intakes and headers are hard to get gains from? any basic boltons or things i should know for performace?

maybe a s/c in the future, but im depleted while building the sr...

out of curiousity, do you leave the internals stock after you guys are forcing induction? based on other prjects, about how many miles would 6psi last on stock internals?

Welcome aboard! As stated before you might want to ask this in the forced induction thread. I know my friends S2000 has been supercharged for about 30k with no problems on stock internals. He doesn't drive slow either.
