Agreed, I will be driving a beater Ford Taurus to the train to take into work everyday till I find the one I want.

So guys/gals I think I have decide to hold off on the s2k. After going over my budget, taking a more adult view of my finances and my current living condition I have decide to grab a Honda Fit. I have 5-7k for a down payment on my next car. I live in STL and would have no other car. I feel I need to get a DD and pay it off before I get an s2k. I can get a used fit for 10k. I would only owe 3ish and if I pay the same amount that I would have been paying for an s2k (400-450) I could have the fit payed off buy the middle of the summer. And then spend a good amount of time finding an appropriate s2k. I will still be staying active in the s2k gateway boards and I will try and contribute where I can.
