So after years (since 2004) of wanting an S2000 I finally made it happen. It all started with my highschool graduation and my first time driving a yellow AP1. However, the time wasn't right and I ended up with a Ficus Green Pearl Prelude SH.... amazing car. This was eventually sold and I made my introduction to rear wheel drive and got a 2004 350z performance. This was a fun car, but I always missed VTEC. The torque of the VQ was great, but the car's heft wore me out to try and drive it fast..... well two weekends ago I said goodbye to my fairlady and welcomed a gorgeous Berlina black 2005 S2000 into the family. It has 39k miles, a Berk Tech headerback exhaust, and Billstein coilovers. This car is soooooooo much more rewarding to drive than the Z. Today I had my first chance to go and play with the car on the autoX track, and man was it fun. Here are videos from the three runs I made before headed to my grandmothers for a great homecooked meal! Awesome weekend..... soo glad to finally be a part of s2ki.com.
